Trapcode Plugin wont show up in After Effects

I recently installed a new plugin for after effects and for some reason

the plugin was not showing up on the effects drop down list.

After playing around a little bit i managed to find the solution to the problem.

Requirements:

Adobe After Effects CS3 or Higher

A plugin that wont show up.
