Could not open file FumeFx.ini for writing (Solved)

Welcome,

In this video i will be showing you how to fix
the problem which occurs in fumefx.
It comes up on the startup screen when 
you run 3d studio max "Could not open file fumefx.ini for writing"

Fumefx
